WELCOME TO THE BURLEIGH GUEST HOUSE

A friendly, family run guesthouse in Hunstanton with a fantastic location in North Norfolk, very close to the town centre and only 150 metres from the sea front, promenade and award winning gardens. Hunstanton is well known for its clean sandy beaches and striped cliffs and is one of the premier windsurfing centres in the UK.

The Burleigh has been run by our family for the last eight years and we are very happy to say that during that time we have built up an enviable amount of regular guests. We are committed to providing the highest quality at a competitive price with an emphasis on fair trade as well as local produce and products.

The building itself was built circa 1872 as a private house and has had many different uses since then, including as a billet for soldiers during the second world war. Around 1936 Burleigh House was used as a boarding house to serve the holiday trade.

In the early eighties it became known as The Burleigh House Hotel and is still serving the holiday and business trade under our current name The Burleigh.
