The Burleigh is perfectly located for:

Bird Watching

Some of the country’s best birding is on our doorstep with Titchwell, Snettisham and Holme etc right down to Blakeney which is only about forty minutes by car.  You could also make use of the award winning Coast hopper bus service which runs regularly along the North Norfolk coast.
Pensthorpe, as seen on BBC Springwatch, is also nearby.

Walking

Walkers are very welcome here at The Burleigh, with “Peddar’s Way and the coastal path very close by. We can also offer help with taxi’s to and from walking points or there’s always the Coast hopper bus service.
The Burleigh has been serving walkers for a number of years now and we are very proud of our association with HF Holidays who could also organise your walking holiday for you.

Cycling

Cyclists are well catered for with relatively flat terrain and the odd slight hill here and there, but most important are the beautiful landscapes along the coastline and of course the plethora of tearooms, pubs and restaurants.

We at The Burleigh can provide covered storage for a few bikes as well as basic tools and puncture repair kits.  If that’s not enough “Fatbirds” cycle shop is only a few hundred metres away.
